Constantly in Singapore, London or at 35,000 ft. I prefer my fruits fermented, my champagne dry, my humour self-deprecating, my steaks medium-rare, my soups Cantonese, my newspapers British, and my airline Singaporean.
My experience lies at the intersection of technology, revenue operations and digital strategy. I opened Brandwatch’s first offices out in Asia-Pacific as Vice-President of Asia Pacific, and managed 300%+ YoY million dollar growth in Asia Pacific from 2015-2017, which was the fastest growing region for Brandwatch globally. Driven by a vision to create a mobile entertainment business on the blockchain for emerging markets, I left Brandwatch in 2017, handing over a portfolio of clients including Samsung, Uber, Telstra, Shu Uemura, ANA, Petronas, Cathay Pacific, Sky TV, and Dulux Group.
Prior to Brandwatch, I was the Head of Content at Twitter across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, North Africa, Russia & Greater China. (I did not sleep much.) At Twitter, I developed #WinAtContent, the first always-on content planning program in the region, and produced Twitter's first book for its international markets - “Tweets From the Top - Twitter for Executives, Asia-Pacific”.
What drives me is my interest in the momentum of human behaviour across technology. Previously led Social Business for Samsung Asia, and worked with clients such as Intel, DBS Bank, Globe Telecom, Hong Kong Tourism Board and KLM Airlines as the Global Social Manager for Havas.
